In The New England Journal of Medicine worden 2 patiënten uit de fase III-studie CARTITUDE-4 beschreven, bij wie maligne monoklonale T-cellymfoproliferatie ontstond na toediening van CAR T-celtherapie met ciltacabtagene autoleucel (cilta-cel) voor multipel myeloom.
