Een geplande interim-analyse van de DUO-O-studie laat zien dat toevoeging van durvalumab aan chemotherapie plus bevacizumab, gevolgd door onderhoudstherapie met durvalumab, bevacizumab en olaparib, resulteert in een statistisch significante verbetering van de progressievrije overleving (PFS) bij patiënten met gevorderd ovariumcarcinoom zonder BRCA-mutatie.
