De Europese Commissie heeft niraparib goedgekeurd als eerstelijns monotherapie voor de onderhoudsbehandeling van patiënten met een gevorderd epitheliaal hooggradig ovarium-, tuba- of primair peritoneaal carcinoom met een complete of partiële respons op platinagebaseerde chemotherapie.
