STARGLO bevestigt langdurig voordeel glofitamab plus GemOx bij R/R DLBCL

De STARGLO-fase III-studie bevestigt dat het CD20xCD3 bispecifieke antilichaam glofitamab in combinatie met GemOx (Glofit-GemOx) superieur blijft aan rituximab plus GemOx (R-GemOx) bij patiënten met recidiverend/refractair diffuus grootcellig B-cellymfoom (R/R DLBCL) die niet in aanmerking komen voor autologe stamceltransplantatie.
